CCC Intermediary Campaign Terms
-
1. Campaign Sponsor
The Colorado Commonwealth Collective (“CCC”), is the official sponsor and administrator of The CCC Intermediary Campaign.
2. Campaign Period
The campaign begins on September 21, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on December 31, 2026.
3. Eligibility
The campaign is open by invitation only to select group intermediary partners and their eligible managers. Participants must be legal residents of the United States and at least 21 years old.
Participation in the campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Qualified Business
To qualify, an RFP must:
Be submitted to The ART Hotel during the campaign period;
Be for a meeting or group program taking place in 2026 or 2027;
Meet the hotel’s minimum group requirements;
Represent a legitimate opportunity actively sourcing guest rooms, meeting space, or both; and
Be submitted by an eligible intermediary manager through an approved sourcing channel.
Previously submitted opportunities, existing definite business, contract amendments, rebooked business, and opportunities already active in the hotel’s pipeline before the campaign period will not qualify unless specifically approved by CCC campaign administrator.
5. Entry Structure
Each qualified action earns entries as follows:
One entry: Submit a qualified RFP to The ART Hotel for business taking place in 2026 or 2027.
Two additional entries: The ART Hotel is officially shortlisted or selected for further consideration.
Two additional entries: Intermediary partner site
Three additional entries: Intermediary partner site with customer
Five additional entries: The meeting is booked and confirmed at The ART Hotel through a fully executed contract signed by both the customer and the hotel.
Entries are cumulative. A qualified RFP that is submitted, shortlisted, and contracted during the campaign period will earn a total of eight entries.
All qualifying actions must occur during the campaign period. To earn the five additional contracting entries, the contract must be fully executed by both the customer and The ART Hotel no later than December 31, 2026.
Entries have no cash value and may not be transferred, combined, sold, or assigned to another participant.
If more than one intermediary manager is associated with an RFP, entries will be awarded to each manager identified as the primary sourcing intermediary on the RFP and in the hotel’s sales system.
The CCC campaign administrator will make the final determination regarding RFP eligibility, shortlist status, contracted business, and entry allocation.
6. Cancellations and Material Changes
Entries may be reduced or removed if qualifying business is canceled, moved to another hotel, materially reduced, or determined to be ineligible before the winner is officially confirmed.
Any known cancellations or material reductions occurring before the prize is awarded will be reflected in the participant’s final entry total.
7. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected for The ART Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton and the Hyatt Regency Denver Anschutz Medical Campus. The eligible intermediary manager with the highest number of verified entries at the conclusion of the campaign will receive the grand prize.
In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined using the following tie-breakers, in order:
The participant with the highest total contracted revenue from eligible bookings;
If a tie remains, the participant with the greatest number of fully executed eligible contracts;
If a tie still remains, the participant who reached the final tied entry total first, based on the date and time the qualifying action was completed; and
If a tie still remains, the winner will be selected through a random drawing among the remaining tied participants.
The winner will be verified and notified in January 2027.

11. Verification and Disqualification
The ART Hotel reserves the right to verify all RFPs, shortlist decisions, bookings, contracts, and entry totals.
A participant may be disqualified for:
Providing inaccurate or misleading information;
